Vegas Baby!!!

Vegas was just too much for Cohen at times....

We didn't win anything :(

Scott, Cohen and I took a mini vacay to Vegas for the long weekend. Cohen was mesmerized by the lights and craziness. He loved to be held in the front back as we walked around. He was a hit with all the ladies :) He was such a trooper and a fabulous traveler. We are extremely lucky parents!!

Loving My Thumb

Cohen now can find his thumb the first time and he is doing it all the time. He is talking a lot now too. He loves to tell us about his dreams in the morning. It is precious.

Happy Valentine's Day

Cohen and I made cupcakes for his babysitter, Marissa for Valentine's. He was laughing and enjoying himself while he baked with mommy. Marissa was very happy when she received her yummy treats. Cohen just loves her & her family sooo much!

Shooting Bow!!

On Saturday Scott, Cohen, Zoey and I had a fun family day. We went out behind our house and shot Scott's new bow. Cohen had a good time watching daddy and can't wait till he gets to get one too.

We bought Cason a bow for his birthday. He has got pretty good at shooting it. He keeps saying "Cason's bow, I shoot bow." It is really cute.

2 month check-up

Today we took Cohen to his 2 month office visit. He did very good. He had to get 3 shots and drink a vaccine. Dr. Grassel could not believe how healthy and observant he was. She was super impressed with his ability to control his head. Cohen weighed in at 15lbs 7oz and was 24 3/4 inches long. This put him in at 94% for weight & 90th for height. Dr. said that fat helps babies with brain development... I think we might have created an einstein. We are so pround of him. He is perfectly proportional for his size.

Yes, I was the crazy mom taking pictures during the appointment.

Our 1st Trip

Last weekend Cohen and I took our first plane ride together and went to Oregon. We helped Erika in the restraunt and had a great time seeing all our friends & family. Cohen did amazing on the flights. He slept the whole way and did not cry once. I was super excited about that. We missed Daddy a lot but enjoyed our time together. I have some pictures of him on the plane aswell as hanging out with everyone.

Right before take off.. I was nervous!

Nana's Visit

Cohen has been learning all kinds of new things these last couple of weeks. He is now obsessed with sucking his thumb. His coordination is not tip top so he misses his mouth every once in awhile and gets pretty frusterated. It is pretty cute though. Hopefully he is not too much like mommy & daddy and wanting to suck his thumb as long as we did. We also have had nana, papa and uncle CJ here. He really has enjoyed spending time with them.
